Shinjirou's reaction is filed away into his mind, tucked into the growing library of information he has on Shinjirou. It's probably safe to conclude that Shinjirou is close to Akihiko Sanada, although the two may be estranged; if they weren't, surely Shinjirou would be concerned about the possibility of someone searching for him, and so far he hasn't mentioned anything about that.

Having gotten what he wanted, Jade doesn't push the point any further. "Oh well." He shrugs slightly, putting the vest back on the rack. "It would have clashed with your pants anyway."
