To say he enjoys spending money would be a stretch, but it's not something he minds either. He wants to make Shinjirou comfortable (clothing aside), and make his transition into his new life go as smoothly as possible. Shinjirou doesn't really give him a chance to reply though, but Jade doesn't mind.

Especially with the question he asks, and the way he immediately clenches his hands afterwards.
