Irvin seems a little more reassured with Shinjirou closer to the ground - or closer to him, more likely. He jumps up, licking at Shinjirou's face, pleased and friendly once again, even as he lets out a quiet whine at the frustration in Shinjirou's voice.

But his front paws are pressing down on Shinjirou's knees. It looks as though he has no intention of letting Shinjirou stand back up.
