Shinjirou is not subtle. The blushing and lip biting are clear tells, and Jade takes advantage of them. He doesn't respond verbally this time, just kisses him, quick and light. When he draws back, he's smiling with the best approximation of fondness that he can muster. It's not entirely a lie, but it neither does it ring completely true.

"Let's have breakfast." He stands, offering his hand to Shinjirou.
