There's a certain advantage to slipping over the edge first: getting to watch the other shiver and, just for a moment, lose his composure. Groaning, his nails dig into Jade's nape with just enough pressure to leave faint marks. It's a sight he wants to remember, but mostly, he wants to remember the way Jade's body moves against his own.

Painless and playful; he's sated, unexpectedly, despite the lack of self-flagellation by proxy. He doesn't feel like questioning himself. Not yet, not now, anyway.

Shinjirou smiles, stretching in Jade's lap and curling around his body. He's done well. Apparently very. And his skin tingles with warmth which is in a way more satisfying than coming. The appreciative murmurs turn into silence after a while, though. "Why thank me for that? Not like you can't get that anytime you want, right?" Hands combing through the long silky hair, he leans back. "Or ... was something different?"
