It doesn't need to be verbal consent; he's excellent at reading physical cues, and isn't above (very mild) manipulation to get his way. He doesn't have much patience for coaxing, however - after two or three refusals, he'll stop. He has no interest in romance or dating; casual hookups or fuckbuddy scenarios are much more likely.
